iCE Solutions provides industrial IoT (IIoT) hardware, software, monitoring platforms, and cybersecurity services under the brand HybridSense AI, including:

  • Edge computing devices, data acquisition systems, and sensors

  • Cloud and on-premise monitoring via the NEO-III platform

  • Cybersecurity and threat intelligence solutions under HybridSense AI

  • Licensing models for SaaS, MSSP, forensic analysis, and audits

  • Customizable installations, professional services, and support agreements

Use of our services may be subject to specific agreements or service-level contracts. These terms serve as a general framework.

3. User Obligations
You agree to:

  • Use our website and services for lawful purposes only

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit any software, firmware, or services

  • Not engage in unauthorized access, probing, scanning, or exploitation of our systems or platforms

Misuse of any services or systems may result in suspension, legal action, and liability for damages.

4. Licensing and Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, content, and systems are the intellectual property of iCE Solutions (Pty) Ltd. This includes but is not limited to the HybridSense AI platform, the NEO-III monitoring system, EdgeFusion devices, and other related technologies.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, license, distribute, or create derivative works unless explicitly permitted in a written agreement.

5. Data and Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described therein. We take appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete immunity from cyber threats.

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data unless covered under a separate SLA.

6. Limitation of Liability
iCE Solutions and its affiliated brands shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our services

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Any third-party service interruptions or integration failures

Use of services is at your own risk. Some regions may not allow limitations of liability, in which case this clause may not fully apply.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iCE Solutions, HybridSense AI, and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations or fees due.
